Boost Gems
Bumps passive gems for everyone in chat. Each grant pays out more gems!
Redeem the Boost Gems channel point reward, or a
mod can fire one with !boost. If someone triggers another one while it's
already running, the multiplier goes up and the timer gets extended. If the stream
goes offline, the boost pauses and picks back up when we're live again.
